We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users when significant changes occur.

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

When you book a service, you enter into a binding agreement to attend the scheduled session and pay the stated fee. Bookings are confirmed once we send written confirmation via email.

Availability is subject to instructor schedules and facility capacity. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred dates and times, but cannot guarantee availability.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment through our secure payment processor. All prices are stated in British Pounds and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

Prices may change without notice, but you will always pay the price displayed at the time of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule bookings with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will forfeit the entire booking fee.

In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or family bereavement, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to instructor illness, facility issues, insufficient enrollment for group workshops, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

During Sessions

Students are expected to arrive on time and follow instructor guidance regarding kitchen safety, equipment use, and hygiene practices. Disruptive behaviour or failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the session without refund.

You are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your participation. While we make every effort to accommodate special requirements, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Intellectual Property

Recipes, teaching materials, videos, and other content provided during sessions or through online courses are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without written permission.

You may share recipes with family and friends for non-commercial purposes, but may not publish them online, in print, or in any public forum without our express consent.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems, interfere with other users, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or related systems.

Liability and Disclaimers

Service Provision

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cooking involves inherent risks including heat, sharp objects, and potential allergens. While we maintain safety standards and provide instruction on safe practices, you participate in cooking activities at your own risk.

We carry appropriate insurance for our teaching activities, but you are responsible for your own actions and should exercise caution at all times.
